Compliance Audits
Factory Audit
Approving the factory where production will take place is the last step in the process of selecting a vendor. We verify whether the selected factory has the resources to complete your order on time and that the products will be made in good conditions.
The factory audit has three objectives:
Social Compliance Audits
The primary drivers of supply chain issues at the production level historically have been product quality and production timing. However, in recent years, social and ethical awareness became an increasingly important component of supply chain management.
Consumer and client demand in this area has resulted in a significant regulatory impact. It is vital that all stakeholders are assured of complete compliance with current regulatory law.
Priciso provides a cost effective solution to avoid social compliance issues. Employing a multi-pronged approach using proven investigative techniques to gather and corroborate factory
information, our auditors independently conduct factory walk through, records analysis, audit all factory operations, and comprehensive worker interviews, based on local law & regulations and
globally recognized compliance benchmarks. A social compliance audit covers the following categories:
CTPAT Audits
The Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT), launched in November 2001, is a voluntary supply chain security program led by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP)
and focused on improving the security of private companies' supply chains with respect to terrorism.
CTPAT recognized that CBP can provide the highest level of cargo security only through close cooperation with the ultimate owners of the international supply chain such as importers,
carriers, consolidators, licensed customs brokers, and manufacturers. Priciso performs supply chain security audits against all CTPAT global and regional requirements to ensure:
Logistic Services
The first step in selling goods overseas is not complete until the customer has physically received the consignment. Much attention must be paid to the final part of the order
cycle which involves completing the documentation requirements.
Document preparation is not an easy task. The volume and variety of customs documentation required for shipping international shipment seem daunting but it is a crucial part of doing
business abroad. Errors in documentation are very costly. Any mistakes may delay the consignment which might be held up in a warehouse under customs control. More importantly, the
delay would cause the loss of confidence by your customer.
Thankfully, Priciso makes the job easier! Completing the documentation for your international shipments shouldn’t be a task you dread.
Priciso is able to prepare all documentation that may be required from customs clearance and check the correctness of the documents prepared by you, to ensure that documents
are correct to avoid customs delays and penalty. Additionally, we could help to review the “Letter of Credit” terms and provide opinion on how to avoid documents presented under discrepancy.
The range of import and export permits and certificates required varies depending on the countries of origin and/or destination. These requirements can change on a regular basis. Priciso is
up-to-date with worldwide government regulations and can facilitate all of your regulatory and border requirements, ensuring your goods are declared correctly and transit smoothly through authorities
to their final destination.
